Produce Exchange
 Built in 1915, this warehouse-conversion now holds 38 condos and has retail space on the first floor. Unlike most of the other downtown St. Paul condo buildings, Produce Exchange Lofts are only three floors high. Original floors that are nearly 100 years old cover nearly every unit in the proeject. The largest condos are 1600 finished square feet.
