Market House Lofts
Formally a 1902 warehouse, this loft-type building was converted in the 1980’s to the fine establishment it is today. It was one of the first warehouse transformations of its day. The Market House has 58 condominiums ranging from 665 to 1600 total finished square feet and ranges from one to three stories per unit. These condo/lofts were designed with storage space in mind. The lower floors of the building were purchased by Lenny Russo, a local restaurantuer who moved his famed Heartland Restaurant into the entire first floor space which grown into a dining room, bar & lounge, grocery and butcher shop. Highlights of the condos include: Beamed ceilings, very open living areas, large kitchens and big windows. Residents favor being located so close to the St Paul Farmer’s Market. Some highlighted amenities include: An updated party room, fireplaces, rooftop deck with fantastic downtown views!
