The Crossings is a condo development put together in the early 1980s by a local real estate family with the vision of extending the skyway from the downtown core closer to the riverfront. The Crossings is the only building to span Washington Ave with a skyway connecting to a commerical office building. There are 305 condominiums on 19 floors complete with great ammenities likes a rooftop deck, outdoor pool and great city views. Over the last 2 years the homeowners association has made great strides to improvement the common areas of the buliding as well as the front entry which you can see from the photo on the left.
