The smallest project developed in the MIll District stretching for only 5 stories in height, the Park Ave Lofts in downtown Minneapolis brings a modern refined, edge to loft living with it's clean, humble lines. One of the few 5 story buildings in Minneapolis that is made of concrete the architect, Julie Snow along with the developers wanted to go for a simple loft feel.
This was the last building developed by Brighton development--a group of people who brought identity to the Mill District with the start of the North Star Lofts and stretching on till Park Ave Lofts. Their involvment in the area has solidified the neighborhood as one of the most attractive areas for downtown Minneapolis condo living.
