Airye Condominium (Galtier Plaza)
 The Galtier Plaza development has seen serious changes in it’s mere 25 years of existence since it was completed in the mid 80s during the St Paul development boom. When developers tried to decide how to revitalize block 40 of St. Paul’s historical warehouse district it came at no easy task. An area that has so many design challenges for an architect both legally and historically it took dozens of different plans before the building ever began construction. What unfolded was 21 floors of luxury St Paul condos, a large footprint of commercial space and apartments scattered in both towers called Galtier Towers Apartments.
