In late April 2010, we began the search for our new home in Minneapolis. Flying blind, we drove into the city and grabbed some local real estate magazines. We came across one of Ben's ads and gave him a call. You were the first Realtor we spoke to and you made time to see us that very afternoon. To be honest, we were terrified. While we had bought a home before, this was the first time buying in a metropolitan area. We really didn't know what to expect or what to look for. Determined not to use the first agent we spoke to, we gave you a "test run" and looked at the properties you sent us. You seemed to be working tirelessly to ask us the right questions to get us the right place. You answered every question we asked of you and if you didn't know it you always got back to us within minutes and with vast amounts of info. Ben was amazing to work with! I've recommended him to two of my friends who I know have passed his name along to others as well. He truly is that great! When I first met Ben I had given up on finding a place to live. Nothing was right and people weren't listening to what I wanted.
