This nearly 100 year old building was built in 1916 and originally used for a company that manufactured shoes. Later the building was used as studio space for artists. Present day, the Rossmor Building which completed its transformation in 2003. There are 129 condo lofts inhabit seven floors of this building, with retail space on the first level. Lofts boast magnificent 18’ ceilings with concrete flooring and wall-sized windows.
