After graduating from the University of Iowa, Patrick moved to Minnesota and worked in the corporate world for a few years before zeroing in on the leasing side of real estate. These years of experience have given him intimate knowledge of the leasing business, invaluable contacts throughout the business world, and a great understanding the Minneapolis urban market.
