Marissa Skaja

Growing up in Minneapolis as the daughter of a local developer, Marissa Skaja fully understands every aspect of this market.  Marissa has worked in many different areas within the real estate industry specializing in property management, residential sales, and new construction projects.  Marissa has worked with developers on various projects throughout Minneapolis and has been involved in all areas of the development process. This has given her true insight into the Urban Market. Her varied experiences, optimistic attitude and caring approach are just a few of the reasons clients enjoy working with her.

  Marissa graduated from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN with a Business Degree in Marketing Management and obtained her Real Estate license as well.  As she immersed herself in residential sales, she decided to obtain her Contractors license in 2006 and a Broker’s license in 2007.  Marissa, her husband Anthony, chocolate lab Marley, daughter McKenna recently moved to Northeast Minneapolis and welcomed a second baby bog Asher to their family in fall of 2010!
